These certifications certify the high levels of efficiency, safety and sustainability in all phases of our production and distribution of our products.
At the same time, constant research on bio-based materials leads us to experiment with new solutions to be able to offer products compatible with correct environmental management

The value of ideas
Orthoboxes and containers for prostheses, which have reached figures of several million pieces produced, a vast range of protective visors with detailed certifications, an unparalleled variety of bur holders and a complete range of disposable items and also the production of material in private label, a speciality recognized internationally which has further consolidated Larident’s role as a leader in the dental sector.
Larident
On the 21st of January 1985 Larident was founded by Giuliano and his son Alessandro.
The healthcare sector is gradually abandoned and the company concentrates on the dental sector, specializing in the production of plastic items. The quality of the products and their competitiveness on the market meant that the portion destined for export was a significant percentage of the turnover from the beginning. Percentage dedicated to exports which exceeds, for the first time in 2014, 50% of production, distributing its products both in Italy and in over 70 countries around the world.
The world and the pharmaceutical market
In 2007, Larident opened up to the pharmaceutical market and has always distributed important companies for the national market, offering a wide range of dental practice and laboratory products.
Larident’s industrial division, equipped with 9 injection molding machines, has enabled the development of new products and the actual production of over 500 items, transforming ideas into concrete solutions. Since then, Larident has continued to grow successfully in the pharmaceutical sector, offering a range of products dedicated to dental hygiene and prophylaxis.
First steps in the dental sector
Between 1950 and 1985, the first steps in the dental sector were led by the company’s founder, Giuliano Cataldi, who began his activity in the distribution of healthcare products in the post-war period.
In 1961, the company expanded its range, starting to distribute products and molding alloys used in dentistry and dental technician sectors.
