Larident has a strong sensitivity towards people with disabilities or in need of reintegration into the working world. In addition to inserting for indefinitely time people with disabilities all over the Larident team are welcomed in fixed-term programmes for the re-introduction into the world of work in agrrement with public organization
Cooperates with several reality cooperatives using the job as a time of socialization and development of people with disabilities.
